These are some great frames...especially for the price. I bought them to hang calendar art, and at their low price I was able to buy several. You can't easily find 12X12 frames at this price anywhere else. Make sure to get these while they're still available!
the frame was great but unfortunately 1 of the multiple frames i ordered had broken glass when delivered. adorama's customer service from that point on was terrible as they wouldn't take care of a customer who spent $700.
This product is awful! When it was shipped to me everything inside the box was broken. The packing looked like it was put together by a 6 year old. It seems pretty obvious that when you ship glass you should include some type of padding but I guess someone at target.com didn't think so. I tried to return to a Target store as the receipt told me I could, only to find after an hour with customer service that I had to go home and ship it through Amazon. Big waste of time. And the product itself was cheap and lousy even if it weren't broken. Look for something else.
This frame is perfect for 13x19" prints. I have a wide format Epson printer and it's difficult to find a frame that is exactly the right size. The company is responsive, conscientions and overall a wonderful company with which to do business. I highly recommend the frame and the company.
I purchased the 13X19 as it was the right size to fit some posters I had to hang. Unfortunately, the first round came very poorly packed and were both broken on arrival. Amazon made good and shipped me 2 new ones which were packed VERY VERY well. This time, while trying to put the glass back in the first frame, I broke the glass myself. Such is life. You have to bend out the corners to get the glass back in and I didn't bend enough. I got it right with the second frame, but I think I'm going to avoid front loading frames in the future as the design really does set you up for glass breakage. I cannot recommend these. I will say that the glass itself was very thin. These are cheap frames and you do get what you pay for.
