In the nineties, Casio introduced a new line of colorful, fun
In the nineties, Casio introduced a new line of colorful, fun, affordable watches for teens called G-Shock watches. Almost instantaneously, the G-Shock watches became the sign of a popular kid in the know. Teachers began to walk down school hallways only to see a sea of brightly colored G-Shock watches - or as the teen diffusion line that soon followed was named, "Baby G's." In the years that followed after the release of G-Shock watches, the brand continued to gain popularity, and the G-Shocks adorned the wrists of teens across the globe. The funny thing about the G-Shock line? While fun and affordable, G-Shocks actually weren't necessarily aimed at the teen market. The name actually came from the watch line's resistance to shocks - they were primarily designed for sport and military use, as they were made to withstand hard knocks and strong vibrations. Outdoor adventurers were the initial audience for the G-Shock line, but teens quickly picked up on the design qualities of the watches and became the ones to help the brand fly off the shelves.

Hamilton Watches Affordable Luxury
The idea of modernity in everyone's mind back in the 1950s was of a comfortable existence where everyday stresses and pressures were limited and lowered. This was the dream of the microwave, of the toaster, of a refrigerator in every American home.
Today our idea of luxury has changed. These revolutions of half a century ago are commonplace and expected now. Even just over a hundred years ago, the idea of a human being flying in a plane was unheard of, and commonly thought to be impossible. Now, just over a century later, we not only take it for granted, but we actually complain about the magic of human flight.
There are some things, however, that we just can't take for granted. There are those rare items and experiences that teach us to not only appreciate what we have, but to adore and respect it.
The Stellar Quality of Hamilton Watches
A timepiece from the Hamilton Watch Company is a perfect example of an incredible timepiece that cannot be copied. The best part of a Hamilton watch is that they are not just gorgeous timepieces; they are also affordable as well. The Hamilton Watch Company has a long and storied history of bringing high quality watches to the public for a price that most Americans could afford.
Way back in 1892 the Hamilton Watch Company was founded in quaint and picturesque Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The first series that the company produced was a line of pocket watches known as the Broadway Limited. These quickly became known as the "Watch of Railroad Accuracy."
For the next 50 years the Hamilton Watch Company continued to grow and prosper. Things changed, however, in 1941. As we all know this was the year that the American military entered the Second World War, then raging across the continent of Europe. Accepting the call of its civic and patriotic duty, Hamilton ceased producing watches for the public in 1941. They spent the next several years working exclusively to make timepieces for the military. In the end, they produced a whopping one million timepieces for the American government.
As time wore on Hamilton continued to grow their business across America and the world. They innovated the first ever digital watch in 1970, and teamed up with Hollywood to feature watches in films like Fight Club, the Talented Mr. Ripley, Men in Black, and many more. Today they still won't stand still, and continue to forge on into the future. The following watches beautifully exemplify the Hamilton tradition, as well as its shining future.
Hamilton Men's Jazzmaster Swiss Automatic Chronograph Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch
The key to every Hamilton Watch is to create the look of something that is remarkable and new, while still being stylish and simple enough that you can wear it in most situations without it appearing awkward. The Jazzmaster is a wonderful example of this.
The Jazzmaster from Hamilton makes its first impression by way of the square stainless steel case. The dial has index markers located at every hour positions except for 12:00 and 6:00, where you can see Arabic numerals.
This watch also has sub-dials located conveniently at 3:00 and 9:00, as well as a very small one placed just above 6:00. The wearer can also quickly see the date at their convenience by way of a date window placed between 4:00 and 5:00.
This watch ticks away carefully thanks to the advanced Swiss Automatic movement. This powers the luminescent silver-tone minute and hour hands. It all straps onto your wrist by way of a handy push button deployant clasp.
Hamilton Men's Thinomatic Swiss Automatic Black Dial Leather Strap Watch
The Thinomatic is another example of why Hamilton Watches continue to be some of the most stylish and sought-after watches on the market today. It is an affordable watch that will look excellent on your wrist as you walk around the office with confidence.
The Thinomatic has a circular case that is made from durable stainless steel. This case surrounds a plain and simple black dial. Around the dial you can find Arabic numerals at the quarter hour positions, with index markers placed at all the other positions. Next to 3:00 there is also a date window conveniently available.
Swiss Automatic movement powers the silver-tone luminescent hour, minute, and seconds hands, and keeps this watch ticking away. The watch straps on to the wearer's wrist with a classy and classic black leather strap. This secures conveniently with a pin buckle clasp.
In an age where technologies continue to advance each and every day, it is rare when a company makes a product that actually withstands the test of time. Hamilton Watch Company is just that organization. While society continues to speed by them at an alarming rate, Hamilton perseveres by making high quality timepieces that still wow all who look upon them.
